The level of toxic elements that this "civilization" has released in our environment and therefore that we all carry in our bodies is mind-boggling and responsible for an amazing array of common modern ailments: loss of sleep, decrease in fertility, degenerative diseases, cancers and a general lowering of immune defenses. It is a matter of absolute urgency that we get rid of as much of these toxic products in our food primarily but also in anything that we touch or breathe.
